Kazuma Mini Falcon Brake Bleeding help
Pretty much the title says it all. We've had this 90 for about 2 years now, with no real issues...but the brakes recently froze, and so I unscrewed the brake line fitting at the caliper and of course that let in plenty of air, and now I cannot for the life of me get them bled.
Any help? Please?
Many thanks in advance.

Kazuma Mini Falcon Brake Bleeding help
I've not had to bleed my brakes yet, but I have read about this problem several times. Two solutions have been posted. The problem is that the bleed process normally tries to force the air down to and out the caliper end, but sometimes you get a air lock in the tube or an air bubble migrates back up the hose toward the master cylinder between bleed strokes.
Solution 1: Use a oil pump can to force the brake fluid up from the caliper end back into the master cylinder.
Solution 2: Unbolt the cailiper and press the calipers wide open. Block the calipers open with a block of wood. Raise the caliper above the master cylinder and bleed the brakes again. Mkae sure there are no bends or loops where air can get trapped. This way any migrating bubbles will be going up toward the exit point and not back toward the master cylinder.

Actually, my master cylinder is quite a bit higher than the caliper. It is activated through a vertical rod which ties my brake foot lever to the master cylinder plunger up under the right rear fender. Then there is a long "S" curved hose to the caliper.
