Hello all, after spending about a month reading everything I could about vbikes I decided to order one. First let me thank everyone who posted their comments questions and experiences, you really helped me in my decision and this forum proved to be one of my most valuable resources.
I was wondering if I could take it one step further and seeing as how there's been a lot of new vbike owners I wanted to start a thread on the initial setup/build process. Anyone have advise, tricks, or troubles they experience when putting the 250's together? As mine will get here this weekend I am really hoping to get some help to avoid some of the pitfalls with the setup.
I am a mechanical technician by trade, but my motor skills aren't really up to snuff and this is my first ever ATV so any help is welcome. Thanks in advance!

First off, loc-tite ALL the bolts. I'm sure everyone is going to tell you that. I bought my son the 125 and lost a few nuts that I forgot to check. And I would get rid of the oil that comes with it. Don't even use it for break in, its crap. And I would say after you get it broke in, check the carb. I've got the V5 and after a little adjustment it was amazing. I'd like to know how the V4 compares to the V5.
I live close to Vbike so I went up there and sat on all of them I think the V5 might be a little bigger over all, but other than that I couldn't tell much difference. I think Vbike is a good choice though, Tim will always take care of any problems you might have.
