Sorry for this question but my son's Sunl 150 ATV will not trun over. I checked and cleaned the Carb but still nothing. I am trying to find out where the spark plug is ao I can check/replace it.

The spark plug is on the right side toward the the very front of the engine. Look for a thick black wire (about 5/16" diameter) which connects to the plug through a black plastic shroud.
But first, you say the quad won't turn over. I would interpret this as the starter motor isn't turning the engine. Is this correct? Or are you saying the the quad turns over but doesn't fire?
Lets assume your quad won't fire. While you have the spark plug pulled out connect it up and hold the plug thread against the metal engine case. Turn on the ignition and crank the starter motor. Do you get a fat blue spark at the spark plug?
If you have spark then you're back to fuel / compression / valve adjustment issues. No spark problems are common and can be due to a lot of things besides spark plugs. Here is a link to a similar no spark thread:

This is a more direct link to the "no spark" guide that Scalerman was pointing to in the above thread. Note that this guide referes to a different CDI than yours. The troubleshooting technique is the same, just use the 6 pin CDI pic's to ID the kill switch wiring.
