I have the utility mini 100. It has 2 plugs on the bottom of motor. 1 for the oil and the other holds a machined part and a spring inside the motor. I pulled out the wrong plug the last time I changed the oil. The spring and machined part both fell out and I don't know which way they go back in. The machined part has a rubber or plastic piece on one end of it and the spring is tapered on one end. I know the machined part goes in first, just unsure of which way. Any help would be appreciated. Tried contacting raceway by phone but unable to get through. I can post pics if they would help.

I thought I was the only one who couldn't get through.I bought it for christmas and I was missing parts which they were suppose to send I called them back they said opps we are all out but as soon as we get them we will send them I never recieved them and since then I have had other problems and can never get through by phone and they do not respond to emails.Good Luck if you know of another site that has information please let me know thank you

That really bites not being able to get a hold of RaceWay...i hear that from a lot of people...They used to be one of the best....doesnt look that way anymore...Have you tried contacting Jetmoto? They are the people Raceway gets all their stuff from..

JetMoto is a leading manufacturer, designer, and distributor of ATVs and Motorcycles.

I had heard that the factory Jetmoto uses isnt paying their suppliers so parts arent being shipped here any more...

I guess if lgaspard hasnt been able to get parts that were missing since DECEMBER...It must be true...
