Going over bore should not require a bigger jets.

What irritates me is!
Those 6-packs work pretty good.

After my pipe and cylinder kit, mine liked rpms. I'd try a some stiffer springs and lighter rollers. Also, WRH Racing has an aluminum clutch that I really like.

Maybe the koso cylinder has different porting more suited to high rpms..You could try some lighter rollers in the front variator or stiffer springs in the rear clutch to help get the rpms up off the line and into the power band..

prior to replacing cylinder, got some advice to switch belt to a 877 bando.
decided to take a look at belt, looked as though it was too loose, put stock belt back on now the thing is running real good. cannot beleive the differance this koso cylinder made. getting a clutch kit installed on monday.

877 belt is way to big. Did you mean 787 belt?

not sure of belt size, however decided while at shop, I'd have the clutch kit installed and add a drr pipe, keihn 20, koso intake and reeds. Removed oil injection system prior to visit to shop. Took it to Kool kidz atv, in Jersey. The fella's mane is Corey, pretty fair guy. Pick it up Monday, Looking forward to running it. Will it be night and day performance over stock machine. Or just a little quicker over the stock machine.
Guess I'll get a a set of wheel's and tires next. Should I go with 8" rear and 10" front, seem's to be the standard set-up? As well as a set of front shock's. Will the stock clutch support the new motor mod's. I have a ton of question's as you can see. Any input would be appreciated.

Thank's Vince
