engine revving

What kind of bike is it, it would prolly make a difference of the wiring. As far as the rev limiter I realize it is a safety thing but you can regulate the speed with the throttle limiter if need be. I know on mine the green wire was the first to go.

bike is a crossrunner, they have a website crossrunner.biz i think
yeah the bike doesn't really go past 30km/h (under 20mph) full throttle so speed and safety will probably ok but like you said i can always use the throttle limiter to slow it down. I would rather not pay the 80$ for a new cdi box without a rev limiter so if i can disable it by snipping a wire that would be ok with me.
