Default lt80 intake.

The last mod I have yet to do to my lt80 is rejet with a 90 main jet. I took the carb off last night, what a pain. When I pulled it off there was an o-ring between the carb and the intake spacer(not sure of the correct name). The o-ring appeared to be held in place or sealed with silicon. When I pulled mine off the oring came out and is a little widened out an I want to replace it. Will a generic o-ring of the proper will work? Also do I need to use a little silicon to get a proper seal? I tried looking up the o-ring on the parts diagram, but could not find it.

I would think that any o-ring would work. I know that lt80 had said to use a little grease to hold it in place so you can install it.
