Outlaw 90's
2 years of riding for our now 8 year old son and 10 year old daughter . Problem free except for the one factory flaw , drum Brakes. Regular maintenance , fluids and lube and these things are bullit proof. Most important item is to keep up ont the brakes and the adjustments, the thread adjustment at the throttle is not the only adjustment , when that runs out you can adjust at the 2 front wheels at least three more times before new pads are required. etc....

I just bought an 08 sportsman 90. I'm not giving it to my son until Christmas (this is killing me) but myself and the wife have rode it around when he isn't there and so far I'm impressed with the quad as far as power and speed goes.
Definately agree on the drum brakes though......come on polaris this isn't the 80's.

Only the "Small" Polaris ATVs are subcontracted out to Asia, not there regular adult ATV line. Those will be made in Mexico soon but still built by Polaris themselves to there specs and still coming out of a "Polaris Factory".
Not a Off brand ATV with a Polaris sticker stuck on it. Polaris has little direct involvement with there 200cc and below ATVs,but I,m sure they have a min quality standard they make the Asian ATV manufacturer have to follow.
There are no full size Polaris ATVs built over seas .
The major parts for Yamaha such as engines and frames are made in China, and Japan, but to Yamaha's specs.
then they are assembled in the U.S.A. and come out of a "Yamaha Factory". there's a difference in that vs subcontracting the whole deal like Polaris does with its small ATVs.
