Default Proper Compression Test for LT80

I went out today and rented a compression tester from my local auto parts store. I think I may have missed few steps in the process although.
The steps I took was remove the plug, scew in the tester inlet and turned the engine over until it maxed out at 92 psi.
I read up and now think I need to try it again just to make sure. Should I run the engine until it's warmed up and the test? (I did my test on a stone cold engine) and I forgot to open the throttle (I didn't even touch the throttle).
Is there any more steps to take?
It seems like I've read that 135 psi is enough to leave alone but what psi would you consider low enough to consider a re-build?
Engine has no mods and has stock bore (to my knowledge anyways). It starts and idles like a champ but seems to be weak on ther low and mid range response and is smoking (blue smoke) a little more than normal as if it were running too rich with a gassy smell with a slight drip of oil (black) from the exhaust.

wow..no input. Here's an update: I warmed the engine and gave full throttle and still came up with 92psi so it really made no difference. I guess at this point I'm going to pull the cylinder and see what she looks like and take it from there.

Hmmm...I swear I did reply.. Maybe I hit the wrong button. LOL
120 comp is the norm.
I think you need to freshen the top end up (new piston and bore to match).

I pulled the cylinder off today and there is def some scoring. Piston is marked .5 so it's had a previous bore so I'm checking into a 1.0 kit.

I have a Zuki 1.0 piston kit here if you need it.
