Just got an eton rascal. The guy I got it said it was sitten out for awhile. When I drive it down hill then on flat it drives good but when I stop on a little hill n try to take off it walnt go unless u give it a little push. If u lift the back tires off the ground n give it gas it runs good. Any ideas what I can check?
