I know this is a old thread but I was interested in doing this to mine. When I looked at my bolts on the rear they look like they are not removable like the fronts are. Did you have to hammer then out?

 

I don't think you can. Buy a set of spacers. They are cheap enough.

 

How long does front got to be to match rear tires those look good help me out in what I need and I'll send you some grade 8 bolts
