Default Lt80 clutch...pleas help

I bought a second used lt80. The belt was slapping and the quad had a slow take off. So I took it apart with the info that I read on this site. The front rollers had some flat spots so i replaced them. On the rear I just scuffed the pads which looked ok. I put it back togeher with the big washer in between the front varator(sp). The belt looked ok to. Put the case back together started it up ans nothing. The motors just revs! Once or twice I go a quick spurt, but for th most part just revs. i put it back up on a milk crate and the wheels spun when I hit the throttle. Just not on the ground.' I am lost? I started taking it apart but just not sure what to look for

Maybe the lil notch on the roller plate came off the key letting the front clutch spin.

Is it possible that I over tightened them down with the impact gun?

I took the cover off and the front clutch seems ok. It does not spin freely. I also took off the pull start cover prior to taking the case off. I ran the qyad and the belt seems loose and the when reving the engine it is not tightening. So. I may have put this clutch set up back together incorrectly. The front
I placed the big washer between the to sides of the varator. It may be the rear where there is a problem. Can someone explain or show some pics how this goes back together.
Thanks

I think I figured it out. The rear outside disc was not lined up properly in the groves. That has been fixed BUT, the belt slips and squeaks. Do I need a new belt or is there a fix?

My son (40 lbs) took the quad for a spin and the belt was not squeeling as much. Once the quad gets going its fine, Its just at take off and low speed. The front varator plates do have some wear. Just not sure how to diagnos this issue.

I gotta step out.
IMO, I think the front/rear assembly process got goofed up. Maybe look at a parts fiche.

Ohio Motorcycle ATV Dealer - North Ridge Yamaha Suzuki - Geneva, OH - Scooter Utility-vehicle, snowmobile
You can see a fiche there.
Transmission 1 is the front clutch.
Transmission 2 is the rear.
I bet that fixxes it.
