I have an 89 LT80 and I am looking at 06 KFX80, will the parts be interchangeable and what is the primary difference between the Suzuki and the Kawasaki?

The difference:: The Kaw is green...LOL
Suzuki and Kaw had this partnership a few yrs back and they sold the green version of a LT80.
Yes all the parts will interchange.

picked up this Baja 90 for $200 buck's for my grand daughter. Had to pick it up about a 125 miles away but well worth it, people were moving out of state.
