Well I finally ripped this open and it seems like the belt is wrong. Its too short. .690" wide meets min width spec of .66" But because of the length it won't come closer then .560" from the top of the driven belt to the to the outer circumfrance of the driven pulley. The ratio between the 2 pulleys looks like @ 1 to 1 No wonder it has no bottom end power by how this looks to me.
Belt is a Mitsuboshi? (not mitsubishi) # 27601-40B01. (originally thought B was a 8 but I guess it looks like a B)
Belt seems to be correct number, according to online parts listing though.

Also i cant ge't the screws loose in the primary to get to the rollers.
I should have bought new screws and cut the old ones off as I bought the movable side with new rollers and ramp. However the fixed side is groved some from belt wear so I'm thinking of changing that too. $86 though.
Also I should have got a new seal for inside the primary.

Edit
After further inspection it appears the front variator (drive clutch) is not opening fully.
Not to get it apart

OK..
Belt is fine.
I think rollers got flopped durring installation of the front clutch thus not allowing the belt to go down..
This does happen!
I use hex head bolts instead of the screws. Take a sharp chisle and make a groove in the screw to chisle on.. They'll come out.

2 of the rollers had been out of place for some time,
You were spot on in your parts list with the exception of the seal in the clutch. But I was able to get the old one out and re use it. I put it back together dry. if the grease just cakes up eventually I'm not sure there is any advantage. What do you think?
It takes off with much more authority and runs up to 27 mph instead of 20 now.
I certainly do apprieciate your help, Without it I'd of had to tear down and wait a week for parts.

Now I just need to change the king pin bushing today. I'll get a new seat cover sometime in the future, along with brakes, chain sprocket set maybe a front bumper as the oem is gone.
Thanks
Ken
