Has anyone got a mini build project going on this winter?I found an alcohol burning sand drag LT80 in a barn loft!!!I'll have to have my wife to post some pics.!! Lots of money invested way it looks to be in a barn loft in Kentucky!

 

curious .. does it have a Tillotson Carb?

 

When I got it it was all apart but had lots of good stuff,a CT pipe,CGR national ported cylinder,Big Bore sleeve ported to match, PVL ignition,Ported cases,HotRod Conn.rod,couple reed cages,DG 20mm carb,a new stock carb,clamp-on air filter,all new matching clutch work,swiss cheese frame,cool flame paint job under years of dust and chicken poo! I was just told that it ran on alcohol and they used to sand drag with it?Good find for what I got in it, got it home and got it runnin on 110 and Klotz just got a top end miss like a rev limmiter or running out of fuel ?
