Hello I just bought a redcat 200 from a guy for $250. He said it wouldn't run. To my suprise when I got it home I noticed also it was always in neutral. I tried to shift it and there was a click like it shifted but it was still like it was in neutral. Anyone know what might be wrong?
Back to the it won't start part. I hooked it to a battery jumper cause it is electric start and it cranks and there is compression. Don't ask me how much but there is. I checked the sparkplug and it was good. And had spark. Now before you say carb problem, I used some starting fluid and still nothing happened. Can anyone think of anything else I can try? I even sprayed the inside of the head with starting fluid. And nothing. Any comments would be appreciated.

 

Is the plug wet? have you cleaned the carb?
