Default 2007E-ton Viper 90

Hello anyone. I have used this forum lots of times trying to figure out a lot of my problems but I have a bunch of questions about my sons quad as it didn't come with an owners manual. I am in need of a good schooling from some of you pro's out there. So anyway I bought a 2007 E-Ton Viper. I got it for $950. It runs really good. And starts really good. Electric start and kick start. It is a 4 stroke as it has an oil tank like a car with a dip stick. But is there not an oil filter that would need to be changed and should I be doing oil changes on this periodically. Also I read that I should be changing the transmision oil every season. Is that pretty easy to do? Also as I said it starts good and runs good. I use the choke to cold start it but once it's warm bring the choke down. The only thing is we have to keep the choke about a 1/4 inch from all the way off or it idles to low and dies when sitting. I'm wondering if this is a sign that the carburator needs to be cleaned out. I have a bunch more questions I'm sure but thats all I can think of for now. Any maintenance tips for this quad would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks
