First off, love the site! Lots of helpful info!! I have an Eton txl50. Over the winter the carb gummed up. So I took it off, took the jets out. Cleaned everything, blew out all the ports, put it back on and still wouldn't start. Bought a new carb, put it on and first touch of the starter quad fired right up, died 20 seconds later. Messed with it, got it fired back up and its pulsing. Rev real high, then low, high low, for about 5 mins it ran like that and then died. the throttle had zero affect, id push the gas and nothing happens. Ive never worked on these things so i tore it all down again, made sure everything was installed correctly. Got it back together and same thing. Once it dies, it takes FOREVER to start again. Any advice? The bike is stock, oil injection hooked up, electronic choke hooked up. Daughter is driving me nuts to ride!! Sorry for the lengthy post.....
