Dinili Engine Identification

Dinili Engine Identification
I own a 2004 Dinili Diamondback 50CC. I am in the process of changing the carb and possibly making it a 70cc. I pulled the side cover off yesterday looking for an engine identification number, and I could not find anything. I am searching online and coming up with nothing. According to a few websites, it should be stamped on the plastic left engine cover or the left belt cover, but I cannot find it either place. Does anyone know if the 2004 is a JOG, minarelli, etc, or where the engine id is stamped. I was able to find the frame's vin number and a few number off of the block.

I installed the big bore kit last night. the only question I have is the head gasket. The new aluminum head has a groove for an o ring which was included. Also included was a thin aluminum gasket with a grove stamped in to match the diameter of the o ring. Do I install the aluminum gasket to the stamped lip compresses the o ring or install it so the o ring sort of fits in the stamped ring?
One video, and one step by step website I viewed only showed the installation of the o ring and not the o ring and gasket. Any help is greatly appreciated.
