Default LT80 Clutch

I am about to bypass the oil pumper and put a block plate on. While I have the cover off, what should I look at inspecting when it comes to the clutches? Rollers on the front? How about the rear? I've noticed some noise from the clutch area and want to address it properly.

Welcome to the forums.
Yes, check the rollers for flat spots and replace. Check the rear clutch bearings.
Hardest part is making sure the key is in the keyway during installation.

Okay at mooreracing@windstreams.net . Just bent over and pulled the lower back out bending over the coffee table. Haven't had this problems in years. Really going to slow me down. Thanks for the reply.

Just click on their user name, a drop down menu appears, and send private message is one option. Click on that, and it's just like posting then.

Thanks guys, your help is always appreciated. I just sent a pm, If he gets it I'm set. If not I'll try and call later tonight. Just hurt my back. Blamed it on the wife, she laughed. I got up bent over to open a box of Sees candy and down I went. I told her not to put that box where I could see it. I don't even eat much candy. Sucks. I'm glad I found this site. I haven ridden in a while, but all my son's kids, and his friends I use to take out, and there families all still go riding. Love to see that and how they take care of me now. Doing things with your family is always a good way to live.
