I have a alpha sports kolt 90 have spark and fuel but won't start. worked fine till I pressure washed it.

 

Obviously check the air filter for any water.Pull the plug cap,blow out the spark plug area and cap. Use a little electrical grease. Drain the carb bowl and see if there is any water.It will bubble up on the floor or water will settle at the bottom on a clear container if present.Even though you have spark as you say,I'd still blow out/dry all wiring connections and use some electrical grease.Power washers and electronics don't go well together.

 

u positive you have spark after pressure washing it? these imports have all the electronics in bad spots. I pressure washed one and fryd the CDI
