hello there guys: I just bought a one seater buggy with A 250cc water cooled Xingfu engine has no compression. Does anyone know where I can buy a motor or how to diagnose the problem? HELP Please

 

Are you sure about that Xingfu designation. Google only lists very "Eastern European" looking air cooled two stroke motorcycles made in the 1980s and 90s for the Chinese market. Xingfu trading however are Exporters of Chinese machinery, not manufacturers. As for checking why no compression, first check valve clearances, there should be some at TDC on the compression stroke, no idea how much clearance is correct but a guess at 0.006" won't be too far away.
