Hey everyone, I have a little suzuki quad, 50cc 2 stroke that just started smoking really bad. We rode it the day before and then drained the oil over night. Next day we we put in 500 ml oil into transmission, topped up injection oil tank, cleaned air filter, changed spark plug, tightened and greased chain, pulled and cleaned carb. Just our usually spring maintenance. After it was done, it ran great for 20 minutes and then started smoking really bad, got very boggy and found lots of oil coming out of the exhaust pipe and pooling on the chain guard. Anybody got any pointers or ideas what I need to do or being looking at? All input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

 

Use non ethanol fuel. I'm thinking the float needle may be allowing fuel past and flooding it out.
