I’ve replaced carb on 110 cc atv and now it wants to take off like it’s full throttle as soon as it starts. I’ve already adjusted the needle all the way down and the idle screw would be completely out of the carb if I adjusted it any where close to what I’d have to be to slow it down to properidle. Any ideas please??

 

Either the cable is not fitted/adjusted properly, preventing the slide from going right down, or the throttle stop screw isn't allowing the slide to go down far enough. Never adjust "needles" until you have got the throttle stop screw adjusted.

 

check the slide and make sure you don't have it 180 degree turned around
