Tao 200cc bogging out

Its started my gas coming out of the over flow tube,I fixed that,Now its Bogging out and wont stay started,I took the Carberator Off and cleaned all hoses,still having the same issue..Can anyone help. thanks..

Did you blow the jets and passageways out with an air line? Usually the float needle sticking open is caused by dirt under the needle, this will now have got through and blocked a jet.
