Hi everyone
I am trying to rewrite a 110cc Chinese atv for my kids. At first it didn’t have spark but now I do. I am wiring it back up according to the image below. The green wire from my kill switch I have connected it to another green wire that I am certain is another ground wire. I have the black and white from switch connected to CDI. But still the kill switch isn’t working. I have connect meter on ohms to both end of switch wires and I am certain what I am seeing indicated that the switch button works.

I have no idea what to try next.

Personally I would forget the kill switch, other black/white goes to ignition switch and does the same job. You have to be very sure you connect the ignition switch correctly. Black/white connected to green with ignition off (except ETons). red to black with ignition on. That "safety switch" is a lock-out and again, on a basic wire up, I would just connect black to green/yellow.
