The website for Dinli is www.dinliusa.com. The engine on these mini quads are not the same. They are all based on teh old Yamaha Jog scooter engine. Most have a 45mm stroke with either a 50 to 52mm bore. The Dinli is a 47mm stroke with a 52mm bore. Even tho they call it a 90. It is actually 95.6cc. The rest are either 83cc or 89cc. The longer stroke engine produces more bottom end power than the others. The rest of the engine/transmission is basically the same. Dinli does however provide a stronger clutch springs and rollers to accomedate the incerased power. This alows you to modify the engine a little without any exspense in the transmission. You will however, spend money on the transmission the samne as the others once you start doing more than just a pipe and stuff. The Dinli is longer than the rest. The frame is about 1 inch longer and the swing arm is 3 inches longer than the rest. THey are based out of Texas and they are really nice machines.

I just checked out there website, they do look like nice machines, I like the headlights and tailights, good safety features.

It shows it as an 89cc machine. That does not really matter, but just to let you know.

I will have to look for a dealer so I can see one in person.

Thanks for the info

Hey Bat - How about a Raptor 80 with Fourlix's custom mods? Speaking of Fourlix, where's he been? maybe he's ready to part with it for another project...

Correction: Dinli is 45mm stroke. The rest are 42mm. Yeah, they say 89cc to keep the cpsc happy.

I agree, don't pass the Raptor 80 by without a look. Yes the basica machine has been around since dirt, but it is strong, powerful, bullet proof, fits a big kid ( I have one too) Looks great, and most important to me, it has electric start and is a 4 stroke.

Minus would be no headlight, but it does have fake ones with clear lenses, and you can put some of the new ultra high power mini LED lights you see these days in it, and not worry about using too much power. Check out www.radlites.com for a better idea on how to do it. They are very helpful.

I would not mind fourlix's setup. That was sweet.

Otherwise the raptor 80 is not for me. That front suspension is just a joke. I actually kind of prefer the two strokes, but that is me.

still undecided, but my son still likes the "green one".

Thanks for the info though.

So, TRexTommy51 what your saying is when one of these little Dinli show up at a race where you can only run 90cc max. I can protest and have it tore down and it will be over the 90cc limit? Thanks for the info.

Yes, That is true. THe Dinli is over the 90cc mark by 5.6cc So, How bad are ya'll being beat by the Dinli's anyway?
Just a note. Most places that race are not running a 90cc rule.
Also, If they put a 50mm cylinder on it, you can be under the 90cc mark. Most people that race in a sanctioned race do run the 50cc cylinder.

I know we've never been beat by one, and i can't honestly say if we have ever raced against one. If we have raced against one it wasn't very fast or i'm sure we would have noticed it.

WHo do ya'll race with? is it the Victory Series? Currently we run in the Alabama Series and a local track series at Highfalls. Give me a schedule and maybe we can come up there and race with ya'll one day. With a 50mm cylinder of course.
