OK I'm putting my kid's LT back together. I just got the motor back from LT80. This is my question. On the black plastic fan cover there is a hole almost at the bottom, dead center from right to left(not the screw holes on the outer edge) What the heck goes in that hole? The hole is about 3/8 to 1/2 inch in diameter.

 

It's supposed to have a plastic/rubber plug in it. It's a drain if you get water up inside the motor.
