CDale Crankcase
#1
The Dude who bought testers Moto440 now has a cracked case. The mount update was installed and it still cracked.
Its REAL bad and Tester wants to help. Not sure if anything else is junked inside. It happened on a land. Anyone know where the Dude who bought testers Moto can get a case?
Tester is not gettting a finder's fee. Although he needs one to pay for his new Yami.....
Can Tester ask himself a question, he can not anwer?
Love,
Tester

I dont get it but anyway it probably was cracked before it was updated the cradle also is probably cracked.Have the cradle welded and JB weld the case build it up thick and it wont crack anymore.I raced mine three races and practicing before I got my new motor it held up fine. The update does work.If the motor is removed later completely disassemble it and get it welded.

Ok I was a little lazy when I was changing oil and didnt use a drain hose on the upper oil bleed fitting. A little oil dripped down on the block and now Fred (Tester) assumed that the cases are cracked. I washed it off and its fine now.

My dealer told me that there was a bad batch of crankcases, because mine cracked and leaked on to the skid plate. Cannondale did replace mine while it was still under warranty though. It only took three months for them to get the new crankcase from Cannondale.
