Cannondale info needed please

I found what seems to be a good deal on a Cannibal and I am thinking of buying it.My question is what are the differences in the Cannibal and the Speed?Thanks in advance.

Speed has upgraded shocks (ohlins), holeshot tires, Tag bars, gripper seat, and 1000 rpm higher rev limit.
