I haven't heard of anyone doing it, but I just read an article in one of the recent mags where they did a test of a nitrous kit. I seem to remember them saying it's an easy bolt on, and it injects into the airbox instead of cylinder. It would make a nice project, but I wonder what kind of mapping would need to be done. Maybe get the handlebar mounted map select and set it up so that one of the buttons loads a custom nitrous map and turns on the boost all at once? That would be sweet.

Yeah I read that article too. It was a kit made by boondockers, which is more into nitrous systems for snowmobiles. The only problem with that kit is there needs to be a carburator for everthing to work. The nitrous is sprayed before the carbs which raises the air pressure inside the carbs forcing them to feed more fuel into the cylinder, evening out the mix. The thing I'm trying to figure out is how to get a fuel line before my throttle body so I can get the right nitrous/ air ratio before it gets into the cylinder. This way also the cold nitrous won't be hitting any of my hot motor parts, it will be a vapor by the time the regular fuel/air is mixed in. Plus my motor will run like normal when I'm not hitting my button. Check out boondockers.com if you want to see where I got this idea.

..I really dont know how hard it would be to do this? I mean they put NOS on EFI cars/trucks all day long...Im sure something like that would work?? If not it would at least put you into the right direction.
