The former cannondale dealer in Montgomery was telling me that dinli has filed a suit against atk for marketing new cannondale parts not bought originally in their deal. I dont keep up with this very much but i found it interesting and wanted to know what you guys heard about it. there are still two guys who race with us who own them but neither even owns a computer, so i told them i would dig into it. the dealer said that dinli has the rights to all the parts but atk is only supposed to be selling what they bought during some kind of buyout or something last year. but they are selling new parts made by others since then. whats the scoop guys?

 

No official word yet but I wouldn't be suprised. I am not sure how legal the ATK refurbs are and that is the big issue.
