haha, dude i got oil leaking on my cannible, dead center under. any ideas how to un break that?

 

i ride a trx450r and hum i rather have a bike blow chunks then blow moters if u know what i mean guys i have a quastion what makes them so fast though the cannondals........

 

Why are Cannondales faster? Because they were designed to be an out of the box race machine from the start. Rugged frame,highly tuned engine with all the go fast parts right from the factory. Thats why. If you think 450r's are as reliable as any other Hondas go check out exriders and do a search on problems. They are having the same problems all the other 450 mx quads are if not more. They do have an advantage in that they have billion dollar corparation to make improvements and fix thier problems as new models come out. Us cannondale owners are refining and improving the rapidly aging quads on our own with a shoestring budget. We have come so far in the last year its really amazing.

 

I think this forum should prolly include Yamaha considering you are talking about which quad is faster then the yfz beats a 450r im sure most of you that know about the 2 quads know that they are both good machines but the yfz is a little bit faster than the 450r

 

Yes ,I got to ride a new 06 yfz sunday . Very nice . The front brakes are sweet. Didnt like the vibrations in the footpegs though.

 

i have both an 02 updated dale and an 05 yfz and both have pipes and filters done and the cannondale still beats the yfz by atleast 2-3 bikes on sand mountain utah , but finding aftermarket parts is alot easier with the yfz and the yfz,s plastic is so much better until i sit on the cannondales seat then i think twice. but there both nice qauds.

 

the 450r is a better all around quad but in a race it really comes down to the rider

 

the lrd exhaust with k&n dynoed at 44.7 hp so u dont need a new piston and all of that stuff

 

I easily beat a 450R with a slip on pipe in a drag with my Blaze. He complained about spinning and not getting traction. The way the Blaze map is I had no problems getting traction and left him behind. I love these machines.

 

What were the base numbers ?
