they didnt go to another one. c-dale whent bankrupt and thankfully atk came along and bought the remaining inventory. they took what c-dale did wronge and made it right.

I just checked out the ATKusa.com site, and looked at the 450 quads.
What a joke.
I totally liked the cannondales, but look at what they have for a web site to advertise those quads.
When you click down through the 3 different quads, the picture does not change. The features are simply added to what the cheaper model had.
There is nearly a 2K dollar difference between the XC and the MX, yet the only addition is the nerfs?
And if indeed there is MORE of a difference, shouldnt ATK work to create a web site of much higher quality to advertise such great quads?
Because I certainly wouldnt part with 11 grand for that quad, as they are advertising it.

I agree ATK made the same mistake Cannondale did and tried selling different models. They should sell a base chassis and engine with everything else as an option. There was a huge difference in the cannondale lineup between the base cannibal and the high dollars moto yet the way they advertized them you could hardly tell that one had 5000 worth of upgrades. To really find out what your getting you have to do a lot of digging.

I love cannondale and ATK but as good as they are there was and still is an extreme area for improvement, I was out riding this weekend when my motor started acting up so i headed back to my cabin to check up on it, on my way i met a guy on a yoshi z450 and he was telling me about how he has had dales and got tired of all of the problems and this seems to be a large opinion of owners.
Well sadly on the way back i lost the ability to keep gears ingaged over 5000rpm, so ill probably end up sending my whole bike to atk to get redone before the models sink.
