ok i know its not an atv but the guts are the same. 02 e440 fouls plugs on startup most of the time. using surface gap champion plug. had the motocross map loaded if i went back the the trail map would i have less problems. where can i get the programs and shop manuals. i bought it new and i really like it when it starts

 

Do a throttle cal first. Then install the factory plug but a number 8. Drop the florate down until the plug looks brown.

 

the test u suggested i assume u need comp program and where can i get it .. should have ponied up and bought all the support at purchase. im a diesel mech and know carb bikes but not about fuel injection. id really like to get my hands on shop manual

 

Many of the manuals are downloadable on www.cannondaler.com for free. That is the website you should be on as a dirtbike guy, as the majority of the members there are west coast Cannondale two wheelers. You may want to hook up with Canniboomer in WA for mapping help.... He should be listed on that forum.
