I just picked up my new c-dale and am supposed to change the transmission and engine oil after one hour and I was just wondering what kind of oil to use. I looked in the manual and couldn't find it. Maybe I'm just didn't see it, I don't know. Could any of you C-dale owners help me out?

 

I use Honda HP Trans oil 80w/85w and Maxima Extra Four Stroke in the motor. The Maxima is expensive so you could also run Mobil 1 or Castrol Syntec Automotive type full synthetic because the motor and trans oils are seperate. No matter what run a full synthetic in the motor.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

Well, here are some pictures of YoDaddy's 02 Cannibal. I must admit, for the 2nd person to ride this thing, and it to only have been ridden once or twice, this is one helluva machine! The very 1st time I tried to pull a long distance wheelie, I rode it about 250yards, and ran out of room, turned around, and rode one all the way back. The quad jumps ALOT better than my MX Banshee, and probably just as good as my 250R. It feels lightweight, and easy to flick in the air. TONS of power. Good work C-Dale.

Oh, Sorry for no action photos. It was soaking wet when we were riding, and I didn't want to screw my camera up.. Plus, we were too busy having fun.

 

10w 40 in the engine depending on climate and 80-85w in the trans. Thats whats in the book. I use silk in mine, but any kind will do as long as it is a fully synthetic.
