I was trying to get a Cannible but don't want to pay over $7000. My dealer sells them for $7500 out the door and one shipped from Alba costs $7200. Does anyone know where I could get one in the range of $6000-$7000.

If you can put it on farm use, you won't have to pay tax. Obviously it wouldn't be used for farm work but the chances of anyone saying anything about it are about 1 in a million. It's a easy way not to have to pay tax. If you don't have farm than you're kinda SOL but if you do than you could do it. Look around at different dealers and see what you can find man. Just know that if you order from somewhere out of state that the shipping will probably put it right back over $7,000. I had to drive about 2 1/2 hours to go pick up mine.

I have many friends in agriculture so I will do that. As for the ones out west they sell them for something like $6500 out the door add $600 for shipping to Florida.

CornDog
You must own land to get a quad tax-free. You also have to receive money from the products that you sell. My family owns about 300 acres of farmland, but we still have to pay tax for any quad we buy because we are leasing our land out to other farmers and not actually farming it ourselves.

That is what I love about Oregon, no taxes on quads. I know of a place called Three Jokers Inc. that will ship a quad for something like $400, Door-To-Door. I am not positive though, it been awhile since I went to the site.

Good deal but "new aftermarket everything" what a bunch of BS, anyone else using cycletrader.com notice it has gotten very slow?
