how to set tow on front end?
#1
The front wheels are towed in allot from the dealer. It seems to be
towed in more on one side than the other,I have to turn the bars a little to one side to go straight.
Do I need to take the balljoint out to set the tow with the tie rod?
I belive I want to set it at 0 tow and go from there.Any tips on how to do this?

To adjust the toe is real easy. You don't have remove the ball joint. On each end of the tie rods, there is a nut that locks down the tie rod so it doesn't move. Just loosen those 2 nuts, of course 4 nuts if you are adjusting both wheels. Once the nuts are loose, notice on the tie rod there is a flat spot on the tie rod, that is to put a wrench on so you can turn the tie rod. You probably won't even need the wrench though. Notice when you turn it, it toes in or out your front tire. Remember one of the nuts will be reverse thread! You'll see how it works once you start turning the tie rod.
