speed vs fx400
#1
All I can say is I love this bike.
1. The throtal responce is much more rider friendly.I makes a big diference in the turns. On my fx I was always fighting to keep the
front end down while exiting turns due to the light switch, all or
nothing efi.You can just ease on the gas and get what you want
on the speed.
2. The new tag bars feel way beter than the ones on the fx.
3. I rode it two times and still have a good chain slider, very unusual.I think they fixed the prob.
4.The jumps feel the same on both.
5.Can see trany fluid level without making a mess on the speed.
6. I like the hyd. clutch lever on the speed more than the cable one
on the fx.
7.Metrick bolt heads on the speed,Torks bolts on the fx.You pick.
8.The cold starting procedure on the speed has alittle more
involved than the fx but,it is not hard.
Over all I have alot more confindence in my new speed.
Thanks Cannondale for a great Quad,Im a very satisfied customer.
