What kind of riding do you do? I can give you some pro's and con's but they might not help if they don't have anything to do with your riding style.

I race MX so for me the pro's are: awesome acceleration, great power through out the entire powerband, great handling (except for the grabby rear holeshots, but I'm buying some tamers as soon as I have the $). The con's are: some what difficult maintnance (it's not hard unless you have to change the plug, all the other stuff is a no brainer), and the rear holeshots make it a little tippy for me in the corners. The stock sound is a little unnerving at first but you get used to it.

It will be OK, Disturbed.
The 'dale will keep growing on you.
Might as well buy one.

Fact is, cannondale owners are cooler than other groups.
The Machines are TRICK, but the company is a bold underdog.

You gotta love it!

I used to own a raptor and after I purchased the C'dale, the raptor got sold for these reasons:

1) It's too heavy, especially top heavy, so because of that it always feels like it's going to tip over. You don't get that sensation with the C'dales.
2) The C'dales are using better parts, witness the ohlin shocks, aluminum frame and EFI.
3) The support from Cannondale is second to none. If you had a question/problem with your quad, do you think you could call directly into headquarters and get your question/problem addressed?
