So far so good. I picked the quad up from the shop on Thursday night and headed for NY. The shop was unable to install the new operating code that Cannondale was supposed to send (they have to wait for it to be mailed on a disc. They were unable to receive it by e-mail for some reason). They were able to reroute the fuel line like the bulletin called for. I guess that was the problem all along. I rode all day friday and saturday and the quad did not stall a single time!! I recommend that you take your quad to your dealed and have the fuel line rerouted if you haven't done so yet. It was done free of charge and really made a difference. Good luck.

 

I also rerouted the gas line and road all day saturday and it never stalled.I think that could be te problem we had.

What about your battery has it been charging fine now?
My ecu power relay was un pluged on mine.I think that caused my battery to go dead.Its pluged in now and no problems since.

 

I still put the quad on the charger at night while away because of habit and I didn't want to take the chance of running dead and not being able to restart while on a mountain pretty far from the house. I am going to leave it off the charger tonight and see what happens. I have off all week, so I plan to do a lot of riding. I am pretty confident that the problem is fixed, but will let you know for sure next time I ride.
