Hello All,

My Cannibal arrived to my dealer this weekend and I am going to pick it up this coming Friday. I can't wait to ride it.

I was wondering if anybody has installed skid plates on their Cannibals, or other C'dales, and if so, what kind. I am concerned about the rear sprocket getting damaged while trail riding.

The Factory swing arm skids are pretty beefy! If you want call up Lewis from www.atvaddiction.com he was getting more PRM skids in this friday.

I just put on a PRM swingarm skid from R&S, $65 i think and it looks sweet. If your riding areas are really rocky I would also look at a frame skid. Maybe from proarmor.

Pro Armor does not have any Cannondale products at this time. The quad they were supposed to receive on loan to design the parts has not been given to them yet. I hope in the near future, it is some great looking products.

I got the thicker skid plate for my cannibal but it doesnt line up right I think that you have to bend the part that wraps around the swingarm. Has anyone else had this problem??

I just got a full set from RS performance, swingarm, a-arms, frame. One ride with RyanStones brother was all it took to convince me to get them. I just got back from vacation and will probably install them tonight, I'll report the fit when I'm done.

Killer. Let us know if you had to adjust the skid plates to get them to fit.

Just finished installing the whole set, no bending, no adjusting, perfect fit. I had to loosen the sprocket and rear brake to replace the swingarm skid, and had to remove the chain roller for the frame skid, other than that they bolted rite up.

These are the PRM skids from R&S. I'll try and post some pics tomorrow.
