CornDog, can you clarify something? Did you buy your Cannibal new or used?

i bought my 2002 cannibal used. the dealer owner gave one to his brother and he lost interest, so he sold it to me. it would not make any difference if i bought it new or used, because there are still other people out there with the 500 computers. if i did not buy this cannibal it would just be the first owners problem, now it is my problem. basically, i am saying bying a used 2002 model should not make any difference.

You knew what you were buying when you signed the line. or when you parents signed the line. Just tell mommy and daddy that there is a new map out for it and you want it and Im sure they will wright out a check for your spoiled B!tch A$$. Thats like crying that you bought a video game system for 300 and to find out 2 months later they offer a game and controller for 20 more

CornDog, I understand your frustration if you were to purchase the quad new and the next quad to have arrived at your dealership had alot more upgrades/features than what you received and they were the same price and your dealer had not informed you that the next shipment of Cannibals were going to have these items. But when you purchase something used, you can't expect the manufacture or the dealer to give you those upgrades or to compensate you somehow, you're just not being realistic!

The horse is dead, it's time to get off him and climb onto something else!!

Well sure the quad will be slower then a 250 dirtbike, you're talking over 150 pounds difference in weight!

Sorry corndog but I can't agree with you. No way ANY company can update all machines that were sold previously even after an udate has been made. I'm in the same boat as you with my Kodiak. I have the known faulty designed water pump (was updated in mid production to a better version). It's just a fact of life when you buy a new production machine...there will be improvements. When mine finally gives out (My father's and Brother-in-law's already have) I'll end up replacing it with the new version.

If the update bothers you that much, trade in your machine for the updated version and be done with it.
