I dont believe there was a FATAL ERROR in the computers....

 

HEY juice i don't know what was said in side the corparate walls of cannondale.
but in the dealers shop its beaing said that the orininal compu. has a fatal error built in that can cause the bike to lean out in certain situations.and i don't know about every one else but im well over 20,000 in my bomber and leaning out is not a good thing.and hey it appears we ride the same grounds so your welcome to check out my bike any time.always looking for a few good riders.

 

Not trying to be a smart a$$ but how would the computer make the bike lean out?

 

Im no genius but the computor controls the fuel mapping which is to adjust fuel flow to varying conditons and if it makes a mistake in communicating with the oxygen sensor you will have fuel mapping problems.or ing problems.

 

I dont think the cannondale has a o2 sensor. o2 sensors are just plainly for pollution control.

 

then please explaine to me how the computor knows to lean or richen the fuel or retard or advance the ing.like i said im no genius just askingt a honest question

 

I don't think it has an O2 censor but there must be some sort of air flow sensor on the intake side.
