Smitty,
I have the AC regular nerfs too and they are pretty easy to install, about 30 minutes total. You pop out those plastic covers on the front of the frame and the lower allen bolt of the 2 that are near that plastic cover area attaches the front; then you drill out 2 holes in each peg and attach the rear. I chose to remove the stock heel kicks.........JIM[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] AC nerfs without heel kick

I would be interested in how much a set of rings would cost, i can get them welded my self.

Thanks for the reply, I was thinking of getting some and was interested in how to mount them.

I still owe you some pics of the Cannondale nerfs, sorry forgot all about it. I'll snap some today and post.
