I have the AC regular nerfs too and they are pretty easy to install, about 30 minutes total. You pop out those plastic covers on the front of the frame and the lower allen bolt of the 2 that are near that plastic cover area attaches the front; then you drill out 2 holes in each peg and attach the rear. I would be interested in how much a set of rings would cost, i can get them welded my self.
