Being that I don't own an air compresot YET. I've been using the Air Cans you find to clean out computer keyboards and stuff.

I am using whatever solvent I have. Last time it was brake cleaner. Worked excellent.

My dealer, Columbia Motor Sports, said to use 10w40 in the motor and 10w30 or 85w gear oil in the tranny. Full syn. oil only. I asked him what brand and he said Amsoil. I went on line and became a dealer with them. I also asked about that bypass oil filter by the shock. He said just check it once a year if you change the oil every few rides. We use brake clean to wash out the filters from the inside out. Then blow dry with air from the inside out. The owners manuel says we can use a blended oil also but nothing about the 10w30 in the tranny.

My tranny has much more filings in the filter than the motor.

I'm trying to put new Razr's on my bead locks. The first one popped on with-in 25 psi. The second one, OHHHHHHHHHHHHH man. 40 psi, off again, file, sanded paper clean the rim. No luck. Using tire lube. Ran it for 1/2 an hour with 40 psi in it and it still didn't pop on ?? What to do??
