Sorry to ware this out, I was absent when the OTD price quotes were goeing on.

Do the dealers come off the price any.

If you don't mind repeating it again, what are the average Out The Door prices on the Cannible and Speed.

Again sorry for the repeated question,

Thanks

OTD quotes are not reliable because every case is different. Many variables come in...each states sales tax, each dealer's setup charges, each dealer's documentation fee[if any]. What the Cannondale is equipped with also matters if you plan on buying an '02 model Cannibal.

Another factor is what the dealer has invested in the model you are looking at. If the dealer has had the model beyond the "flooring", he will not be able to make much off of a discounted quad. He might count his losses just to get it out the showroom....OR he may stand his ground and wait till someone comes along to pay full price. It's a game to both the dealer and consumer.

Our store is a perfect example. We only have two '02 Cannibals left, BUT we are not discounting them much because
[1]We will only be getting USA-LEs between now and when the "regulars" come in September.
[2]These particular two Cannibals we have left are the older ones with the cable clutch. If we discounted them too much, we wouldn't have anything left to sell outdated or not. We have them marked for $6499

God do I hate this question.

Does it matter? NO.

The dealer will sell it for what he wants. You will buy it for what you want. When those two meet you have a deal. If he doesn't meet it go somewhere else, if he does fine.

Just my thoughts.

Too many beers into the night.

Ok I understand, that's why I apolagized for the repeat questions at the top of my post, didn't want to stir up ill hearted feelings.

So I take it everyone is paying list!!

I haven't been reading any posts refering to prices, I never considered getting a Dale cause the dealers seemed to be far and few between. Well I got off my **** and decided to look at the dale sight, used the dealer locater, and check this out, got a dealer 30 min from my house, pretty close huh!

Anyway, maby I can get a test ride on one of those bad boys!!!

Later.

Keep in mind, some C'dale dealers have a much easier time moving these quads then others. For some of those dealers who aren't as successful, you are looking to buy at a good time because with the new models coming, they will probably be more likely to discount the 2002 models they still have just to get rid of them.
