The Blaze and Moto Fuel Mapping are the same. The only differences between the two is the ignition timing and the accel transient. The Blaze is setup with less throttle response, so it's not a handfull in the woods. The ignition timing in the region of 2500 to just under 5000 RPM at or below 1/4 throttle (no differences above 1/4 throttle). Timing has been pulled out of the Blaze to tone the engine down in this region since this is where technical riding is done in the woods.

Other than that, the two maps are completely identical..... I don't see anyway to have the Blaze characteristics in the low end and the Moto on top.

A stock Cannibal or Speed will post faster drag times due to the way the fuel/ignition systems are setup.

jcv400ex, so your saying after 1/4 throttle that there is no difference between the two?

The guy on the cannondale website who won at Iowa runs the blaze moto comb map.I know he is sponsored by Legacy maybe they could get you a map like that I think if you had the full gpkit with the trim and memory it would be possible to make a map like that.

OH yeah I ran blaze map in a harescramble itis unreal how low you can lug the motor worked great.I run the moto map for MX revs real quick with fairly even power top and bottom.I am playing around with the speed map to make it richer since it isnt made for quad with a pipe this program is fairly calm on the bottom with a big twostroke like hit on top you really have to keep revs up.I finally got a riding buddy to buy a Dale so now we can make changes and compare the two quads to see what works.

27,

Very cool. I'll have the GP Software in September, I'm trying to work a deal out with the dealer right now on it. I cant wait to be able to load my own maps.

I'm happy with the Blaze mapping in the woods. Even if I'm in the wrong gear, it lugs through the corners. Throttle response and everything is almost perfect. I just wish I had a little more of a "hit" every now and then to powerslide it more. The Razors have helped in this, but it's still not what I want. I want to just try the Moto Mapping once and see how I like it.

My dealer is currently doing some extensive testing with different maps and the Big Gun Exhaust. He's found that there is room for improvement there. Alittle richer here, alittle leaner there. He's working with the exhaust temp. and adding/taking away fuel at certain RPM's, to keep it uniform across the board. I'll have the custom mappings as soon as he's done.

The rider trim option does make sense. I think you could advance the ignition and fatten up the fuel delivery.... I'm still learning about the entire system, it's alot more complicated than I thought!
