One of my racing buddies finally bought a dale so I can finally do some comparison testing we did that for abot 4 hours today on a level concrete road with plenty of room to get into 5th gear.Same gearing same tires friend weighs 200 I way 150.
1. Moto map in both Big Gun on mine and the toaster on his TIE!No noticable difference with Big Gun.
2. Speed map in his with toaster.Big gun on mine moto map.Mine pulled harder. His was faster on top.
3.Speed map in both big gun on mine toaster on his mine was faster.
4.Old round silencer on mine moto map in both toaster on his his won fairly easily.
Inthe end we both ended up running moto program since it wasnt that much slower on top and was smoother than speed.
Cannondale did a really good job on the toaster as ugly as it is being square it worksalmost as good as freeflowing Big Gun.
The gains from big gun are low end power and it aint much unless you have the old round silencer old round ones really cut power.
The map changes make big differences and it only takes about 2min.
When we switched riders results were same.
Does anyone have a program that is moto to about 8000rpm speed to redline?
We need to find a new testing area since we got a warning from the sheriff I never saw him till we were done testing but he didnt like it.

Good info! So, your friend was running the Moto mapping with the stock toaster silencer? It still ran well and everything? How about the Moto mapping in conjunction with the Speed's 20" tires and 42 rear sprocket compared to the Moto's 18" tires and 38 tooth rear sprocket? Any dislikes with the setup or notice any weak areas in the 2nd through 4th gear range due to the gearing differences? Thanks for the info........JIM

Yes the toaster works great with moto map.Suprised me that the toaster works so well. You may have misunderstood we both have cannibles we were just changing the ekhaust and the maps.Gearing and tires were same.I will try the comparison you talked about next time we run a harescramble right now both are setup for mx.14-39gears, lonestar axle,18in.turftamers.

I know for a fact that the moto map will burn out the toster packing very fast.I would not recomend keeping that set up.

In my Big Gun the packing burned out right away too.No big deal you just repack with the moose silentsport packing lasts longer than the fine fiber.

Shoot me an e-mail if you'd like to experiment with some custom maps. I should be able to do anything you like - e-mail me for more details.
