Those are Douglas Ultimates with Billet centers.
I have studied that long before posted here, and I'm not so sure it's a Moto. It may be, but why would he do that? It is obvious that the quad has very little, if any hours on it. So what I'm thinking is, he bought a Speed, and "Moto-ized" it. Still a sweet bike. I'd be honored to ride it.
